Total timeline: typically 2–4 weeks, though we can move faster or slower based on your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have the same Accomplisher in my home each week?

Yes! We will match you with an Accomplisher after your consultation. At which point, your Accomplisher will be your go-to from day one. Of course, occasionally, our Accomplishers may take a vacation or need a day off and in those scenarios, we will have a knowledgable, trained, and trusted backup ready to fill in.

Can my Accomplisher do in-person support (like laundry and dishes)?

Yes, in-person household tasks are our specialty. Your Accomplisher comes to your home regularly to handle laundry, dishes, tidying, meal prep, and other hands-on tasks. This is what sets us apart from virtual assistant services.

 

Can my Accomplisher provide childcare?

Unfortunately, we do not provide childcare or child transportation at this time. However, we have found that many families looking for childcare can hugely benefit from the in-home help our Accomplishers can provide. Think of it this way - Accomplished gives you more time to spend with your family.

How do you handle expenses for shopping and errands?

We offer two convenient payment options for purchases during your service. Your Accomplisher can use our company card and we'll add the expense plus a 4% processing fee to your invoice. Or you can provide your own payment method directly to your Accomplisher to avoid the fee. We'll discuss your preference during setup and can adjust anytime.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your first month is flexible: cancel anytime during those initial four weeks. After that, we ask for one month's notice if you need to cancel. This helps us support our Accomplishers who plan their schedules around your regular service.

 

Where is Accomplished available?

We are currently serving Atlanta. If you have interest outside of Atlanta, please reach out and let us know. 

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Yes. We review and sign NDAs upon request.
