I have a full time job. Are you hiring for nights and weekends?

We focus our services during weekday mornings when our clients need the most support. Most of our Accomplisher shifts happen Monday through Friday, typically between 8am and 3pm, while families are at work and school.

This schedule allows us to provide the consistent, high-quality service our clients depend on during their busiest weekday hours. If you're looking for flexible daytime work that fits around school schedules or other commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

How many clients will I work with?

Most Accomplishers work with 3-5 client households per week. We carefully match you with clients based on location, schedule preferences, and personality fit to create lasting working relationships.

Do I need my own transportation?

Yes, reliable transportation is required. Accomplishers travel between clients' homes and handle errands like grocery shopping and returns. 

Do you require background checks?

Yes, all Accomplishers complete a comprehensive background check before joining our team. 

We take the trust our clients place in us seriously. Since Accomplishers work in clients' homes and handle personal tasks, background checks help ensure we maintain the safety and security standards our families expect.

The background check process is straightforward and we'll guide you through each step. We cover the cost of the background check for candidates who move forward in our hiring process.
