Yes. We match you with an Accomplisher after your consultation, and they're your go-to from day one. Occasionally an Accomplisher takes a vacation or needs a day off, and in those cases we have a knowledgeable, trained, and trusted backup ready to fill in.
Yes, in-person household tasks are our specialty. Your Accomplisher comes to your home regularly to handle laundry, dishes, tidying, meal prep, and other hands-on tasks. This is what sets us apart from virtual assistant services.
No, and many clients keep both. A cleaning service cleans your house on a fixed scope. An Accomplisher runs your household: laundry put away, meals prepped, errands run, vendors scheduled and met at the door. It adapts to whatever the week needs. See the full comparison.
We don't provide childcare or child transportation at this time. However, we've found that many families looking for childcare benefit hugely from the in-home help our Accomplishers provide. Think of it this way: Accomplished gives you more time to spend with your family.
Two options. Your Accomplisher can use our company card, and we add the expense plus a 4% processing fee to your invoice. Or you can provide your own payment method directly to your Accomplisher to avoid the fee. We'll discuss your preference during setup and can adjust anytime.
Your first month is flexible: cancel anytime during those initial four weeks. After that, we ask for one month's notice if you need to cancel. This helps us support our Accomplishers, who plan their schedules around your regular service.
We currently serve Atlanta and the surrounding neighborhoods, including Buckhead, Midtown, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Dunwoody, Vinings, Marietta, Alpharetta, and Roswell. If you're interested outside Atlanta, please reach out and let us know.
